Options & Opportunities, LLC is an independent real estate brokerage serving clients buying or selling property in Northern and Central Arizona.  The company was founded by Designated Broker, Holly Grigaitis, and her husband, Associate Broker, Kenneth Svercl in 2010.  The company represents individual buyers and sellers of residential and commercial property, as well as corporate clientele.

Holly Grigaitis- Designated Broker, President

   Holly moved to Arizona from Upstate NY in 1993.  She began selling real estate for a franchise shop in 1997 at the age of 26, shortly after graduating college. Originally, her plan was to enter the corporate world, but a strong desire to stay in Northern Arizona and an article in a local newspaper mentioning an impending building boom inspired her to change course.  She quickly became one the top volume agents in her market.

  After establishing a couple of local brokerages with partners, in 2010, Holly and Ken decided it was time to establish a brokerage of their own.  They traveled across the country and met with some of the most successful brokers in the nation to ensure they would create a brokerage structured to serve clients and agents optimally.  Options and Opportunities is a blend of the best and most succesful ideas and innovations in the real estate industry and is currently the top independent brokerage in the Sedona/ Verde Valley Markets.

Kenneth Svercl- Associate Broker

     Ken moved to the Verde Valley in 2000, leaving the cold winters of the Dakota's far behind.  As a former manager for a recycling facility in Brookings South Dakota, Ken honed his public relations skills by conducting community outreach and education which resulted in the institution of a community wide recycling program, decreasing tonnage at the local landfill by 20%, despite an increase in area population. Ken also spent several years in Liquor Distribution/Sales and refers to this former career as the days he spent “Pickling the Dakota’s and making winters bearable for good folks on the great plains…” Ken's construction background includes infrastructure, residential and commercial construction and has run the gamut from surveying to heavy equipment and project management throughout the Dakota's and Arizona.  Ken spent several years as a crane operator in Northern Arizona, and has personally had a hand in the con struction of hundreds of homes and commercial buildings throughout the state. Ken entered the real estate industry as a real estate investor in 2004, and quickly obtained a sizable portfolio.  In 2005, Ken obtained his license, bringing a vast and varied background in construction, property management, and sales.

Staff Agents


Part of what makes Options & Opportunities different from most brokerages is the availabilty of a team of professionals, rather than sole  independent associates.  Staff and Staff agents are salaried, industry professionals who work together as a team and are directly supervised by the broker-owners in order to better serve clients who have rigorous requirements or  whose needs and desire for professionalism are greater than typical,  As the real estate market and industry becomes increasingly complex, a sales team can adapt more readily to new environments and serve clients with greater accuracy and efficiency overall. 

Kathy Little- Office Manager

Kathy Little spent 14 years in the title and escrow industry in Southern California, prior to moving to the Verde Valley, as well as gaining experience in property management and loan processing while living there.  Kathy was working at Lawyers Title in Cottonwood prior to joining O&O and obtaining her real estate license. Kathy functions as O&O's title & closing coordinator and short sale processor, as well as representing buyers and sellers throughout Northern Arizona.   She ensures our closings avoid last minute surprises and delays by conducting thorough title & property research in the beginning of a transaction, and ensuring all the parties meet the deadlines and other requirements of the sale.  Her background in title gives her a distinct edge over other agents, especially when it comes to more complex transactions.
