Hello-

This house needs:  Trim on the front siding, some sections of rear siding replaced.  Multiple drywall repairs, flooring.  It has a new heater, and the pool equipment seems to work OK. The dishwasher is missing, and the kitchen could use a new countertop-  maybe new cabinets.  The roof seems to be sound, but it is close to the end of it's life, and will likely need replacement in the coming years.  Overall, it seems to be in preety good shape, the work is largely cosmetic...  Let us know if you need anything else!
