Da Vinci Mountain Estates on Oak Creek– 64 high-end homes on roughly 130 acres in the Page Springs area. Yavapai County Board of Supervisors approved preliminary plat Feb. 22, 2006. Bella Montana- Developers backed out of the project citing high per unit costs. Rio Bonito Ranch- 33 Custom home lots with equestrian and irrigation rights. Construction completed and offered for sale. Price reductions of up to 35% have recently been posted via MLS. Mingus Panorama Estates– lots available for sale. The Highlands- 240-lots in Clarkdale with homes, town homes and 11 acres of commercial. Sienna Canyon- 45-lot subdivision in Clarkdale. Preliminary plat approved. Hidden Springs- 10 lots approved by Clarkdale, located off Haskell Springs Road, West of Yavapai College. Streets: Mountain Gate– Clarkdale at 89A. 175 homes, 341 Townhomes and 94 custom home lots. 510 units altogether. All construction has been halted by Empire Communities in California and Arizona. Seven completed homes currently offered for sale. Most, if not all infrastructure completed. Clubhouse has not been built. The bank and the builder are currently in “negotiations” according to sales staff at Ryness Companies. Miscellaneous Projects: Willard St. Extension- approved by Cottonwood Council. Equestrian and Animal Events Center- Bid awarded for construction of arena.
